What is a priest (Levite) doing in the hills of Ephraim? Priests are supposed to be in religious centers (Shiloh at that time) or spread out for the people to come to them and worship or make offerings. Times have gotten so bad that people aren't following the Lord; priests have no land inheritance and they weren't getting supported by tithes. I am such a Philistine that I can't figure out what is happening with this definition from Urban Dictionary and why it is posting multiple times.....
ReplyDeleteSampson....not a good role model....just wanting what he wants regardless of anything....and Delilah.....not a good role model either.....tricky and sneaky and absolutely no morals........but even though Sampson wasn't exactly a good guy, he was special to God who had a plan for him........Both had lust, not love.....
