psalm 25/29/33/36/39

Happy Mother's Day to you!

Here's a great note from my study Bible....We may be tempted to demand answers from God, but David asked for direction.....How does God give us direction? the Lord confides in those who fear him, we are told in verse 14......do you hear Him? How?

the voice of the Lord is described in Psalm 29.....

What do you think Sing to the Lord a new song means? My research shows different opinions....it is found in Psalm 33:3, 40:3, 96:1, 98:1, 144:9, 149:1, Isaiah 42:10, Revelation 5:9, 14:3......I have been highlighting the words "forever" and "unfailing love"through these Psalms....the promises found in here are amazing....and that is what they are...promises...and they are promises to you and to me...

I must confess I will have to continue working on Psalm 39:1, where it says I will put a muzzle on my mouth.....

  1. Me too, Bonnie, particularly, verse 2 -6 "...the God of glory thundereth...." and "...the voice of the Lord is full of majesty." And, "...the Lord breaketh the cedars of Lebanon." And "He maketh them also to skip like a calf."
