We have even more detail on Hezekiah's illness in this account...isn't it interesting that on the third day, Hezekiah goes to the temple of the Lord and gets 15 more years of life? Makes me think of Jesus raised from the dead. Manasseh becomes king of Judah after his father Hezekiah finally dies...he was one of the most evil kings in Judah....only evil is mentioned in this account. Amon succeeded Manasseh after he died...he was also assassinated and Josiah his son is king.....
